The BECOME Primary Program was created to inspire students about their future, for today.

Meaningful career education in primary school does not mean pushing students to a decision. It's wide-open exploration of the world of work, and it can be powerful when it's connected to what teachers are already doing in the classroom.

 

Research-backed and ready to deliver

BECOME's primary program is grounded in contemporary career education and psychology research. Thoughtfully designed to open up exploration for students in Years 5 and 6, the program responds to evidence that curiosity-driven exploration of careers helps young people later on when they do need to make career choices.

How it works

Through teacher-led, curriculum aligned lessons, the BECOME app and structured student reflection, students engage in challenges, imagine possible futures, move past limiting thinking, and build purpose in their learning at school today.
