BECOME is a holistic careers education program designed for students in year 5 / age 10 and up. The program includes resources for teachers as well as for students directly.
BECOME consists of curriculum-aligned lessons that set out challenges and thinking prompts for students. This is complemented by the dynamic student web app in which each student explores, selects and sorts career ideas - with wide access to over 50,000 jobs curated from current national and international taxonomies.
BECOME is based on research and evidence, and has been recognised by the OECD for its innovative use of technology, and profiled as a global best practice example in careers education for young people.
