The BECOME program is a holistic approach to careers education for students from age 10 and up.
Drawing on research and evidence, BECOME uses teacher-led lessons, a student-facing app, challenges and an inquiry based project to engage students in exploring ideas for their future career as widely and as openly as possible.
Recognised internationally for its innovative combination of solid educational theory and technology, BECOME meets young people where they are right now. It addresses the well-documented issue of limited aspirations in young people (OECD, 2020).
BECOME entices students to explore the universe of over 50,000 potential careers, while learning about themselves, their interests and motivations, to teach them the skills they will need to create a future that fits them perfectly.
