In order to create accounts, we collect basic student information
To provide each student with their own profile on the BECOME.Me student web app, we collect student name, email address and date of birth. Aggregated student information appears in the Teacher Insights Dashboard.
In the app, students react to jobs based on whether they think these jobs are interesting to them or not. They also add notes in their personal log about their reasons and questions they have. And in order to keep these notes in their personal log, so that they can come back to them and change / sort / add ideas or conduct further research, each student needs their own BECOME account.
