A few helpful tips that will help your student get productive on BECOME.ME
There are a few things to check if you have a student experiencing login issues on BECOME.ME
- Are they using the correct email address and single sign on profile e.g. some students who use Google SSO will have their personal email address as their default.
- Does the student have an account on BECOME.ME and are they a member of the correct class? You can log into Accounts & Insights to check this.
- Is the student account configured with the correct email address? Spelling errors and typos are a leading source of trouble.
- Is the student a member of a cohort with a live subscription?
