How does BECOME fit with other career tools and resources?

There are so many career websites and tools that it can be hard to work out what to use. Here's where BECOME fits!

When we work with schools and school systems to develop a comprehensive career strategy, we often find it helps to break down the broad concept of Career Development into its distinct components.

These diverse elements are commonly encapsulated by the acronym CEIAG, which stands for Careers Education, Information, Advice, and Guidance.

At BECOME we don't try to be a one-stop shop, we sit firmly in the Career Education space.

  • Engaging lessons and programs, ready for all educators to teach and designed to change student, teacher and parent perceptions of how inspiring careers education should be.

Adding value to your whole ecosystem

All the schools we work with also have a careers website to provide information and utility for their students. Many also use career assessments at certain points, have work experience and offer career counselling. BECOME as a part of quality career education supports all your activities and resources to be more effective and more efficient.

  • When students have completed the BECOME program, they arrive at subject selection interviews and key decision points ready to articulate their own thinking and considerations.
